This Flow-Mate model submersible pump is designed for use in residential or light commercial dewatering applications and can be used to transfer groundwater or effluent. The fully automatic Zoeller Model D98 Sump Pump is engineered for the efficient removal of unwanted groundwater in basement pump applications. The 1/2 HP D98—also known as the “Flow-Mate”—comes standard with the Zoeller LED plug, and it is a proven and dependable automatic solution. Its operation is controlled by a solid, white polypropylene float that remains permanently buoyant, ensuring reliable activation of the pump when needed. Designed with a vortex-style, smooth-surface impeller, the D98 can handle 2″ spherical solids with ease and allows solids to pass through the pump. Constructed for durability, its switch case, motor housing, and pump housing are all made of rugged cast iron and its dentification tag, float guard, handle, switch arm, and hardware are made of non-corrodible stainless steel, making the Model 98 ideal for even the most demanding basement sump applications. The Zoeller 98-0003 includes a 10 ft cord.
