Hello and welcome to the Cooney Brothers How To Video Series. In this video we will cover how to use the track an order on the website.
Tracking an order shipped via UPS is very easy. From the My Account Menu at the top of the page, select the Order History option. You will then be shown a list of your completed orders, which defaults to the 10 most recently shipped. You can expand the number of orders shown using the drop down box found on the left side above the table. You can also use the Search Completed Orders box found above the table on the right side to search for your order. This box will search Order numbers, PO numbers and even items from the orders.
Once you find the PO number you are looking for, click on the UPS tracking number found in the Track The Order column. This will open a new window or tab to take you directly to the UPS site.
If the order did not ship UPS, please contact us for your tracking information. You can use the Need Help tab or the Contact Us page. We'll be glad to help!
