Adding Customer Part Numbers Guide
Adding your part numbers to ours is a quick and easy way to find and order the parts you need. You can add your parts manually, or we can upload them in bulk.
Hello and welcome to the Cooney Brothers How To Video Series. In this video we will cover how to add your internal part numbers to ours on the website.
The Cooney Brothers website allows you to search for and order items via your part number. Your part number can be entered manually on the site or it can be uploaded in bulk. Once entered it is a very easy way to find and order product.
To enter your part number, go to a product detail page. These are the pages that include the full description and specifications.
Click on the Add/Remove Customer Part Number button. Enter your part number, click Add and you are done.
Your part number immediately appears with the other part numbers beneath the product title.
The website will now recognize your part number anywhere a part number can be entered. Entering it in the search bar will find the product, as will using it to enter a Quick Order.
To delete a customer part number, return to the product detail page and click on the Add/Remove Customer Part Number button. Clicking on the Remove button found to the right of the part number will delete the reference.
Customer part numbers can also be uploaded in bulk. If Cooney Brothers currently uses your part numbers on orders, they can easily be uploaded for use on the website, as they are already stored in our ERP.
If your numbers are new to Cooney Brothers, we would need to match them to Cooney part numbers prior to uploading.
