Throughout the year Cooney Brothers sponsors Steam Training classes. These full day seminars (Approx 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM) are presented by Spirax Sarco, a leading manufacturer of steam traps, pumps and other steam products.
Classes are held in at the state-of-the-art training facilities in Center Valley, conveniently located near Allentown, PA. Time is spent both in the classroom and in the live steam lab. Attendees receive a certificate and 8 Professional Development Hours (PDH) upon completion.

This course is designed for engineers, covering how to size your system, specifying pressure reducing valves and control valves, as well as condensate recovery and methods to detect steam trap failure.

This maintenance course is structured to provide the necessary knowledge to perform the proper installation and maintenance of traps and pumps, as well as troubleshooting issues.
