CPVC Pipe Fittings

CPVC Pipe Fittings are thermoplastic pipe fittings made from chlorinated polyvinyl chloride. Essentially, they are composed the same as PVC Fittings, but with a higher chlorine percentage due to their additional chlorine atoms. They are a top choice for a multitude of residential, commercial, and industrial applications because they are durable, bendable, recyclable, and they are built to last through many kinds of extreme working conditions. 

CPVC Fittings are often the more dependable, effective choice over fittings that use other materials because CPVC is resistant to corrosion, harmful chemicals, fire, extreme temperatures, high pressures, and harsh weather. These fittings can withstand working temperatures up to 200° Fahrenheit and they have low levels of heat loss, meaning they are able to reliably retain the high temperatures of many thermal applications as well as save a considerable amount of energy. 

The smooth surface of CPVC material promotes a frictionless, efficient flow that is both low in pressure loss and safe from built-up sediment, allowing CPVC fittings to house clean, bacteria-free water that is better quality and more free-flowing than water found in metal pipe fittings.
