Shipping Information

What shipping methods do you offer?

When ordering online, you will be given the option of selecting a method of shipment during checkout.


>> Parcel: Cooney Brothers ships via UPS, and FedEx upon request; Choose ground or expedited shipping options at checkout.


>> Freight / LTL: For bulk, heavy or oversized orders, we offer LTL services. We work closely with several carriers, but will work with one of your choosing if you have an established relationship.


>> Delivery: Cooney Brothers has a fleet of flat bed and pickup trucks utilized to deliver to established customers within the Mid-Atlantic region.


>> Counter Pick Up: You may also arrange to pick up your order from our Plymouth Meeting, PA location, which is conveniently located near the Norristown exit of the PA Turnpike as well as PA Route 476, the Blue Route. Click here for directions to our facility.

Our company has multiple ship-to's. When I logon, can only the ship-to's that I need be shown?

Yes, either we can set that up for you, or someone at your company can be set up to control that. Please contact us via email, websupport@cooneybrothers.com , or call us at 610-272-2100 x333.

If I need a ship-to address that is not listed in my ship-to selection, what should I do?

You can select "ship to an alternative address" at check-out. If you need to permentantly add a new ship-to to your account, please contact inside sales using the "Need Help" tab on the right of your screen.

For questions on delivery who should I contact?

If you have a question about delivery please contact inside sales. Their contact information is on the "Need Help" tab on the right of every screen.

How can I track my order?

Once logged in to the website, from the My Account section, you can view the status of your order. Once the carrier picks up your order (usually within 24 hours), you may use the tracking number to track the status of your shipment. Tutorial coming soon

I need a proof of delivery for one of your shipments. How do I get that?

If the shipment was via UPS, it can found under My Account (at the top right of the screen), then select the Order History link. The UPS tracking number will be listed and you can click on that to get the UPS proof of delivery. If the delivery was made via our truck, please contact us using the "Need Help" on the right of every screen.
