Many of our customers rely on us for repairs, and to best service those needs, Cooney Brothers is proud to not have a minimum order requirement.
Currently, Cooney Brothers only collects tax in the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. While most online orders will show an estimated tax amount, only customers in the states of PA and NJ who have not provided valid tax-exempt documentation will actually be charged tax.
To avoid tax being shown on future orders, you can send your tax-exempt certificate to us at [email protected]
As long as you have created an account and are logged in, go to the My Account button at the top right of the screen, and select the My Orders option. Orders pending shipment will be found under the Open Orders option. Shipped orders, including UPS tracking information, will be found under Order History.

Live inventory numbers are displayed on all product pages of the Cooney Brothers website. We avidly try to avoid backorders, however, they do occur. If an item is out of stock, it will be clearly indicated on the website. We will not substitute any items without your permission. If you cannot wait for an item, you will have the opportunity to cancel your order for stock items up until the item has been shipped. Policy may vary on non-stock items due to manufacturer policy.
If you find it necessary to change or cancel your order placed through our website, please contact us immediately by email at [email protected]. We will make every effort to modify or cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse. If your order has already shipped, we will provide you with a return authorization form (RMA) for you to send the unwanted items back to us, however, they still may be subject to a restocking fee. We will credit your account or provide you a refund once we receive the items back from you within 7-10 days. Policy may vary on non-stock items due to manufacturer policy.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained from your Cooney Brothers Sales Representative or ecommerce Sales Team prior to the return of any product. Product returned without a RMA will not be accepted. Material is to be returned in original packaging, if applicable or as otherwise determined by Cooney Brothers. The RMA number must be referenced on the shipping label or packaging, and returns must be shipped as specified on the RMA. Credit will not be issued until the return has been received and inspected.
Returns for customer convenience are limited to Goods shipped within thirty (30) days prior to the return request date and are subject to a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking charge. Any Goods returned for Buyer's convenience must be returned as originally shipped. Damaged Goods cannot be returned. All transportation and other applicable charges for returns at Buyer's convenience shall be responsibility of Buyer.
Non-stock items being returned are subject to the policies of the manufacturer, which may include higher restocking fees. Credit will be issued once the vendor receives and inspects that returned goods and issues a credit to Cooney Brothers.
