DESCRIPTION

Zoeller® Submersible Pump, Single Seal, Series: Flow-Mate 140, 86 gpm, 1-1/2 in NPT Outlet, 50 ft Maximum Head, 1 hp, 230 VAC, 6 A, 60 Hz Frequency, 1 ph, 3450 rpm Motor, Neoprene Cord, Single Vane/Non-Clogging Vortex Impeller, 130 deg F, Upper Sleeve/Lower Ball Bearing, Cast Iron

In high head dewatering or effluent applications where pumping performance is critical, this robust family of pumps is known for reliability, durability and performance. These pumps are especially suited for harsh environments. Zoeller® cool run design and corrosion-resistant, epoxy powder coated finish add up to a long-lasting, trouble-free product.

The Zoeller Model E140 Effluent Pump is a nonautomatic, professional-grade solution engineered to remove unwanted water in septic effluent applications, making it an ideal choice for high pressure and high flow operations. Featuring a robust 1 HP motor, the E140 "Flow-Mate" delivers reliable performance and is trusted for use in even the most demanding environments. As a nonautomatic pump, the E140 requires either a piggyback float switch or a control panel for operation. These options allow for field adjustment of the pump’s on/off points, providing flexibility and making the E140 especially well-suited for deep sump pits or pump tanks where precise control is critical. Built for durability, the 140-0004 pump features a cast iron switch case, motor housing, and pump housing for long service life. Its engineered plastic vortex impeller has a smooth surface and is corrosion-resistant, allowing both water and solids to pass freely through the pump, minimizing the risk of clogging and reducing downtime. To further enhance reliability, the identification tag, handle, and hardware are constructed from non-corrodible stainless steel, ensuring superior resistance to corrosion and wear in harsh effluent conditions. Every Zoeller Model E140 is fully submerged and tested to its published performance curve prior to shipment, guaranteeing dependable operation and peace of mind right out of the box.
