DESCRIPTION
Zoeller® Submersible Pump, Single Seal, Series: Flow-Mate 140, 86 gpm, 1-1/2 in NPT Outlet, 50 ft Maximum Head, 1 hp, 115 VAC, 12 A, 60 Hz Frequency, 1 ph, 3450 rpm Motor, Neoprene Cord, Single Vane/Non-Clogging Vortex Impeller, 130 deg F, Upper Sleeve/Lower Ball Bearing, Cast Iron
In high head dewatering or effluent applications where pumping performance is critical, this robust family of pumps is known for reliability, durability and performance. These pumps are especially suited for harsh environments. Zoeller® cool run design and corrosion-resistant, epoxy powder coated finish add up to a long-lasting, trouble-free product.
The Zoeller Model N140 Effluent Pump is a nonautomatic, professional-grade solution engineered to remove unwanted water in septic effluent applications, and it is especially ideal for high pressure and high flow operations. Featuring a robust 1 HP motor, the N140 delivers dependable performance and is trusted for use in even the most demanding environments. As a nonautomatic pump, the N140 "Flow-Mate" requires either a piggyback float switch or a control panel for operation. These options provide flexibility by allowing field adjustment of on/off points, making the N140 an excellent choice for deep sump pits or pump tanks where precise control is essential. The 140-0002 pump is built for long-lasting durability. Its switch case, motor housing, and pump housing are constructed from heavy-duty cast iron, while the engineered plastic vortex impeller features a smooth, corrosion-resistant surface that enables both water and solids to pass freely. For added strength, the pump’s identification tag, handle, and hardware are manufactured from non-corrodible stainless steel, providing superior resistance to wear and corrosion in harsh effluent applications. Every Model N140 is fully submerged and tested to its published performance curve before shipment, guaranteeing that it performs to specifications and provides peace of mind right out of the box.
