2025 Price Increases and Tariff Impact

With the new year comes change.

Our partnerships with manufacturers are built on a foundation of long-established trust, knowing that they put value proposition and minimized costs for their customers at the forefront of their operations.

With the upcoming increased tariffs on imports along with rising costs of raw materials, energy, staffing, and shipping, increased pricing has become an inevitable and necessary change for many of our partners.

Knowing our partners' commitment to delivering the best value with the absolute minimum price increase impact for customers, we not only trust, we know that these changes were not made lightly. While inflation and tariffs are beyond anyone’s control, prices must adjust along with the rising costs so you can be sure you are getting the best possible product quality, performance, and dependability to support your operations.

Tariffs and Pipe, Valves, and Fittings Product Prices

Obviously, the current tariff situation has created a tremendous amount of volatility. For the majority of our products, the manufacturers have given advance notice of price increases and Cooney Brothers has been able to maintain correct pricing throughout our systems.

The list below is our tracking of manufacturer changes since the beginning of this year. We will continue to update this list as manufacturers update their pricing.

Currently the biggest challenge is products that are sourced from China. We are seeing price increases more than 70% for some products. In other cases, products are strictly price on application.   

What Cooney Brothers is doing about Tariff-Related Increase:

• We expect to be able to maintain current pricing for the majority of our products within our systems and on our website.
• While pricing may be current at any time, we cannot guarantee that pricing for any time into the future.  We will hold prices for as long as our suppliers hold them, but any price is subject to change at any time.
• For items where the price is too unstable to publish, our website will indicate that and advise that you contact us for current pricing.
• For items where tariffs have caused significant increases in price, we will publish those prices and work to provide alternatives wherever possible.
