Using Zoeller® cool run design, we added fins to these pumps, lowering operating temperatures. The corrosion resistant, epoxy powder coated finish and hermetically sealed, oil- filled motor add up to a long lasting, trouble-free product.

The nonautomatic Zoeller Model E284 Sewage Pump is engineered for the efficient removal of raw sewage, effluent, or ground water in sewage or stormwater removal applications. The 1 HP E284—also known as the “Waste-Mate”—is a proven and dependable manual solution. Its operation is controlled by a piggyback float switch or control panel for operation, allowing you to set the on and off point of the pump in the field. Designed with a vortex-style impeller, the E284 can handle 2″ spherical solids with ease. Constructed for durability, its motor housing, pump housing, and base are all made of rugged cast iron and its identification tag, handle, and hardware are made of non-corrodible stainless steel, making the Model 284 ideal for even the most demanding sewage ejector applications. The Zoeller 284-0004 includes a 15 ft cord. Every Zoeller E284 pump is fully submerged and tested to its published performance curve before shipment, ensuring peace of mind straight out of the box and operations that exceeds expectations.
