Kunkle Model 930 Safety Relief Valves

Kunkle 930 Safety Relief Valves are extra high-capacity safety relief valves for industrial, commercial and residential low pressure steam heating boilers according to ASME code Sections IV and XIII. These Cast Iron Safety Relief Valves are made with a Bronze nozzle, disc, and guide as well as lapped seats for an optimal performance. They also have a large seat area/guide area ratio and a disc pivot design that both ensure an even better valve operation. 

Cooney Brothers is proud to be an authorized distributor of Kunkle Safety Relief Valves. We offer our customers a large selection of 930 Safety Relief Valves from 2” x 2” to 3” x 3” in nominal size. With a Bronze trim and Steel lever and spring, these valves are made with MNPT x FNPT ends. Their set pressure is 15 PSIG, and they allow for a maximum temperature up to 250°F. They have a reversible lift lever for ‘pull-up’ or ‘pull-down’ manual testing. All valve adjustments are factory sealed to prevent tampering or disassembly. Model 930 Safety Relief Valves are tested and inspected for pressure setting and leakage.

Following the model number, the name of each 930 Bronze Safety Relief Valve includes a letters H, J, or K to represent the inlet size. Listed by inlet size, this product line includes:
