Gruvlok FIG 7003 Hingelok Couplings

Gruvlok FIG 7003 Hingelok Couplings offer quick, grooved pipe joint connections with working pressure ratings up to 300 PSI for both wet and dry systems. The cam-action locking handle secures reliable closure of the pipe fitting into the pipe grooves as well as a fast assembly without the need for additional tools. The Hingelok Coupling halves are also permanently hinged to further reinforce the ease of handling and installation. 

Cooney Brothers is proud to offer a wide range of 7003 Hinglok Couplings with Grade “EP” EPDM and Grade “T” Nitrile Gaskets in both standard and flush gap styles. These couplings are made of hot-dipped zinc galvanized or rust-inhibiting orange painted Ductile Iron, and they are available from 1” to 8” in size.

Gruvlok 7003 Couplings are intended for a range of applications where frequent pipe removal is required for maintenance. Depending on the gasket they are paired with, these couplings can be used in water, chemical, diluted acids, alkalies solutions, oil-free air, oil vapors, vegetable and mineral oils, and more. Final assembly of the locking pin to the FIG 7003 Pipe Fitting adds an extra measure of security required in critical pipe joint applications.
