Crane 465 ½ Iron Gate Valve

CRANE 465 ½ Iron Gate Valves feature a bronze trim, an internal body blowout preventer, and a cast iron body, including a bolted bonnet and outside crew and yoke. 

Crane 465 ½ Gate Valves come in a variety of sizes from 2” to 24” and the materials of certain components directly depend on valve size. Their non-rising stems come in brass for valves under 12” and in bronze for valves that are 14” and up; discs come in bronze for valves under 3” and in ductile iron for valves 4” and larger.

465 ½ series valves have flanged ends and handwheels made from the strongest ductile iron. These valves durable construction and reliability make them the perfect product for controlling the flow of fluids in teh mechanical systems of commercial buildings, chemical plants, steel mills, shipyards, refineries, pulp and paper mills, and utilities.
