Gruvlok FIG 74 SlideLOK Couplings are ready for installation! The slide action eases assembly and reduces installation time. Their Grade “EP” EPDM or Grade “T” Nitrile Gaskets provide four separate sealing surfaces for added protection.

Made from Ductile Iron, Cooney Brothers is proud to be an authorized distributor of Gruvlok SlideLOK Couplings with Hot Dipped Zinc Galvanized or Rust Inhibiting Orange Painted coatings. FIG 74 Couplings are available in sizes 2" through 8". This ridgid ready pipe fitting allows for working pressures between full vacuum and up to 750 PSI depending on the size and schedule of the pipe. When used with Schedule 10 pipe, a maximum working pressure between 300 and 600 PSI is allowed, while when used with Schedule 40 pipe, a maximum working pressure between 600 and 700 PSI is allowed.

74 SlideLOK Couplings are designed to be used in wet or dry systems with roll groove or cut groove steel pipe, grooved light wall pipe, Gruvlok grooved-end fittings, and valves. Couplings with Grade “EP” Gaskets cannot be used in petroleum applications but they are intended for use in water service, diluted acids, alkalies solutions, oil-free air and many chemical services. Couplings with Grade “T” Gaskets are recommended for petroleum applications as well as air oil vapors, vegetable oils and mineral oils, but not hot water or hot air.
