What if I cannot find the product I am looking for?

Please contact us. Cooney Brothers specializes in sourcing hard-to-find and unusual items. We are much more than a catalog or a website. Our knowledgable account representatives can help find exactly what you need when you need it.


We are also constantly adding items to the website. If there are particular products that you would like to see on the site, please contact us and let us know.

What if the product is not in stock and I need it quicker than the typical lead-time?

Please contact us. We will work with various suppliers and various shipping methods to meet your needs. If it can be done, we will make it happen.

I am not sure of the right product for a particular need that we have. Can someone at Cooney Brothers help?

Yes. We are specialists in the products we sell. We also work with factory specialists on a daily basis. Please contact us using the "Need Help" tab on the right

If the minimum order qty for pipe is one full length, why do I occasionally see less than full lengths in stock?

Full lengths occasionally get cut, usually for fabricated items. If there is a less than full length that you would like to buy, please contact us using the "Need Help" tab on the right of the screen.

What if the information on the product I found is incorrect?

We try our best to publish the correct information for our product listings however sometimes errors occur. If you have found a product that appears to be incorrect, please contact us with the product details so we can correct the item.

Do I have to search for each item individually in order to add it to my cart?

No, you can use the Quick Order feature, which is in the bar at the top of every screen. The first option, Speed Entry, allows you to type in a handful of items with just a part number and quantity, then add all the items to your cart. The second option, Copy/Paste, allows you to copy and paste a group of items from a file and then add to cart. The third option, File Upload allows you to download a Microsoft Excel template and upload up to 100 line items at a time to your shopping cart. All three options allow you to enter either the Manufacturer's Part Number, Cooney Brothers Part Number, UPC number, or your part number - if it is set up.

Can I add my customer part number?

Yes, they are easily added from any product detail page. Just click on the ADD/REMOVE CPN button. This Adding Customer Part Numbers Video provides further information.
